Christine is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 14 years of experience helping children, families, and parents navigate life’s ups and downs. She earned her M.Ed. in Counseling from Western Carolina University in 2009 and works with kids ages 8 and up, as well as offering family therapy and parenting support.

Christine uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, and play to connect with clients in meaningful and age-appropriate ways. Her areas of focus include grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma and neurodivergence. She also has extensive experience supporting individuals through infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and other challenges related to perinatal and postpartum mental health.

Cassie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who specializes in working with children and adolescents ranging from ages 5-18 years old. Cassie addresses challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, communication difficulties, and life transitions. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & play therapy interventions to assist clients in improving emotional well-being and strengthening their relationships with others. Cassie believes that therapy is a collaborative process, where both children and their families can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Cassie is committed to creating a welcoming and safe environment where children and families can feel comfortable addressing their concerns, building resilience, and developing healthier ways to connect and thrive together.
