Lauren, Cassie, Tracey, Lisa, Christine & Olivia are at 4014 Oleander Drive, Suite 101, Wilmington, NC 28403. Kelly & Jackie are in Hampstead at 95 H2O Place, Hampstead, NC 28443! Jackie is Suite 10 & Kelly is Suite 17. Please note: Jackie’s Saturday appointments are at the Randall Parkway location!
Kelly is a licensed mental health counselor associate who specializes in helping children (ages 4+) and teens learn coping skills, emotional regulation, and social skills. She also works with parents on positive parenting strategies and stress management. Neurodivergence, Anxiety, Grief and Chronic Illness are her areas of special interest. She is trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy. Kelly incorporates mindfulness, play, art, and music into sessions to empower clients to explore their interests and utilize their natural strengths while healing.
Kelly received her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology Degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. She has worked in non-profit domestic violence centers, group practices and private practices in Virginia, Florida and North Carolina.

Jacqueline Sabella
Jackie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW) specializing in working with children, families and individuals. With over 5 years of experience in the field, she believes in creating a comfortable space where everyone—whether it’s kids or adults—can talk openly, learn to manage their emotions, and strengthen their relationships.
Jackie earned her Master of Social Work from UNC Wilmington in 2020. She has experience as a private practice therapist, providing mental health therapy in a detention center as well as implementing Functional Family Therapy (FFT) to children and families in a home-based setting.
Jackie is trained to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy with a strength-based approach in order to allow for a setting where clients can talk openly, learn to manage their emotions, and strengthen their relationships.
